Simply a great platform game. Similar to Clyde’s Adventure and Clyde’s Revenge (also developed by Moonlite Software) but Hocus Pocus has better graphics, plus it’s more exciting because there are enemies to kill! Here you play a wizard who runs around the levels shooting enemies and triggering switches and walls. The pace of the game (like the Clyde series) is more laid back than frantic; if you’re careful and methodical, you’ll do well. (The FILE_ID.DIZ description compares to to the Super Mario Bros series, but it’s really not too similar.) If you haven’t played Hocus Pocus, you definitely should.
